FounderMr. Yaw Jectey Nyarko
Chairman & C.E.OHolds a Diploma in Shipping and has completed several other managerial courses. Mr. Yaw Jectey Nyarko is the chairman and chief executive officer of Inter West Coast Company Limited, and the founder of the company. He is a prudent businessman with vast experience spanning over 30 years in shipping, import and export, combined with firm knowledge in management and administration.
He holds several professional certificates, including a Certificate of Proficiency by CEPS (1986) and Corporate Membership of the Customs Brokers Association (CUBAG). Mr. Nyarko is also a member of the Institute of Administrators, Ghana.
DirectorMr. Alex Apau Dadey
DirectorMr. Alex Dadey is a product of Mfantsipim School, Cape Coast. He holds a BSc Admin degree from the University of Ghana – School of Administration, now the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS). Alex is an entrepreneur with 25 years' experience in the corporate world of commerce.
He started his career in 1986 in the United Kingdom as an Export Sales Supervisor of D. S. Richman Ltd, where he quickly rose through the ranks to become Export Sales Manager of the company, with responsibility for key accounts in ten countries spread across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
DirectorMr. Alex Quaynor
DirectorMr. Alex Quaynor is a practicing lawyer and holds an LLB (Hons) BL in law. He is currently the Head of The Akufo-Addo, Prempeh and Co, a law firm. He has been associated with Inter West Coast Company Limited since 1996.
Mr. Alex Quaynor is also the local Advisor of the Planned Parenthood Association of Ghana (an NGO) and a Director of Glico General Insurance Company Limited.

Director / SecretaryKwabena Nyarko is a strategic Human Resources and business leader with over 12 years' experience partnering with executive teams to drive organisational growth, workforce transformation and operational excellence across the maritime, energy, logistics, aviation, telecommunications and banking sectors.
Combining strong commercial acumen with deep expertise in people strategy, organisational development and change management, he is recognised for aligning talent and business objectives to deliver sustainable results, build high-performing teams and support long-term organisational success across diverse international markets, working in blue-chip companies such as Vodafone, Qatar Airways and Fidelity Bank.
